New York Hospitality Group is a company with deep roots in White Plains and Westchester County. Most people don’t know the name, but they do know the brands including Sam’s of Gedney Way (, Caperberry Events (, CV Rich Mansion (, and the Great American Barbecue ( These businesses, although separate, do one thing exceptionally well…they host highly customized events that leave lasting memories with their guests.

New York Hospitality Group wanted to improve the way that they communicated each of their properties uniqueness, but also show what each of the properties share in common. Following lots of great discussion with the owners and the team, we came up with new positioning and messaging that unites all the brands under one umbrella, “Your Moments Made Memorable”. This new positioning and messaging is now being communicated through a fully integrated Marketing Plan we built including radio, direct mail, email, and shared across all their social platforms. Underwater Adventures is a 10 year old Scuba Diving company based in Summit, NJ that offers Scuba lessons, certification, dive trips, and a retail shop. While the company has a loyal group of diving enthusiasts, Skillman Marketing was engaged to take a fresh look at the business to identify new  opportunities for growth. Together, we built a Marketing Plan to encourage more in person visits to their retail shop and ways to communicate more consistently with existing and potential new diving participants.
